Receptionist & Office Administrator

About the Role

As a Receptionist at St John Ambulance, you will be the first point of contact for people visiting and calling our offices and will provide them with a warm welcome. You will greet our customers and help direct them to the right place as well as being proud of our offices and ensuring that the public areas of the building are maintained to an excellent standard - including highlighting any issues to the facilities team. 

You will also help with important office administration such as receiving and organising incoming and outgoing deliveries and post to assist colleagues in the building. You will also provide support with invoices, filing and printing.

About You

You will be enthusiastic and approachable both over the phone and in person as we want to ensure everyone who comes into contact with St John Ambulance receives exceptional service.

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role, however, experience dealing with customer queries and general administration is key.
