IT Service Desk Analyst

About the Role

As an IT service desk analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for members of St John Ambulance's community of 20,000+ users requiring IT support, you will resolve issues (or escalate where appropriate), and ensure that you provide a high level of customer support to a diverse user base. You will be responsible for owning tickets and escalating internally or to 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the correct outcome is achieved for the user.

About You

This role will require you to deliver a high level of support to internal customers, so you must be passionate about customer service as well as being a strong communicator and able to articulate technical issues in simple language. You must have a good understanding of IT and will have previously worked in a customer facing environment previously.
