About the Role
As Regional Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Director and the Regional management team providing regional administration support including managing regional systems, updating reporting documents and organising meetings and events.
You will take responsibility for internal communications across the region to drive engagement with volunteers and employees through the delivery of timely and relevant information.
You will also lead the development and delivery of an effective regional communication plan. To include newsletter development, tailored communications to key stakeholders, including the creation of content and exploring more effective communication channels.

As Regional Coordinator, you will have strong attention to detail and experience of managing and arranging different events.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with volunteers previously, as this is an important part of the role – however, this isn’t essential. It is however vital that you are passionate about what our volunteering teams do and helping to coordinate administration and communications within the region.
