Schools Development Lead

About the Role

As Schools Development Lead at St John Ambulance, you will support the development and implementation of St John Ambulances (SJA) schools training programme which aims to teach every school child first aid by encouraging First Aids inclusion on the school curriculum. You will develop key relationships with schools customers to extend SJA's reach and train more young people in First Aid. As part of your role, you will also identify and implement strategic partnerships with schools and third-party agencies to be inclusive to different sectors, government offices and external funders. 

Please note this position services activity across a large geographical area throughout the Midlands, accordingly the post will be based in any suitably manned St Johns Ambulance building within the Midlands.

About You

You will be passionate about training young people in First Aid and will have experience in designing and implementing projects for young people. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
