About the Role

As a Station Team Leader, you will line manage Ambulance Crews based at assigned stations, whilst actively supporting their personal development in order to ensure our first class service is delivered and that our customers receive consistently high standard of care.
To enable this to happen, you will lead by example and have a proactive approach to implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring that the crews do the same. You will also occasionally crew Ambulances when required.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to hold a current St John Ambulance Emergency Transport Attendant/Emergency Medical Technician qualification and as well as IHCD D1 or D2 driving qualifications and have experience of non-emergency driving within a statutory service. Equivalents to these qualifications may also be acceptable.
