Verification and Standards Officer

About the Role

As Verification and Standards Officer at St John Ambulance, you will support the continuous improvement of the charity’s training delivery by conducting regular quality visits and supporting the improvement of training delivery across the training directorate.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Quality Improvement Process within your area of work, producing reports and developing action plans following IQA activity to identify areas for development. You will also liaise with stakeholders to support the development of high-quality trainers and assessors and help in maintaining skill levels through the audit process.

About You

You will have gained previous experience in a similar role and will have strong experience of conducting quality visits of training as part of a quality assurance framework. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and have proven experience of building strong and effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, customers and partners.
