About the Role
At St John Ambulance we are expanding our fundraising directorate and significantly increasing income. As Innovation Manager, you will work to ensure the charity achieves a step change in the growth of its net voluntary income. You will work as a key part of the newly created Excellence and Growth team to design and deliver a new fundraising innovation strategy which will result in the creation and testing of new products and activity to grow our fundraising portfolio.
A key responsibility in this role is to work closely with multiple directorates to provide expertise in the development of new activity and products as well demonstrating the ability to implement lean and design thinking principles to maximise engagement.

To be successful in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience creating and successfully implementing innovation processes and procedures. You will have significant experience of working at a senior level in an income generating or marketing function working on strategy and new product development.
