Training Coordinator - External Qualifications

About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will coordinate the professional delivery of our qualifications schedule for volunteers and employees in response to training needs and support compliance with SJA policy and standards.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of a number of initiatives and engage with regional and central training teams as well as external suppliers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective externally accredited training. You will also provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to ensure a positive learner experience.

St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people, many of them under 18, also learn how to save a life through our training, education and youth programmes.
