HR Data & Systems Coordinator

The Role

As a Data & Systems Coordinator, you will work as part of our national HR team, where you will be responsible for ensuring that data quality is maintained to a high standard. You will create management reports for managers and directors by analysing recruitment and people information across our HR system (Select HR) and Applicant Tracking System (Reach ATS).

You will act as the main point of contact for our Applicant Tracking System (Reach ATS) where you will troubleshoot queries, implement new innovations and work with various parts of the organisation and third party suppliers to identify and make improvements to the system. You will also work closely with team members and our HR Administration Centre to help identify any issues or improvements to our people system.

About You

You will ideally have had experience previously with an Applicant Tracking System, where you have been responsible for creating reports and implementing large-scale changes. You will also be experienced in maintaining a high standard of data quality as well as manipulating large amounts of data to create impactful reports.
