IT Service Improvement Analyst

About the Role

This is a new role within the IT Team at St John Ambulance, not only will the successful candidate have scope to assist the IT Service Improvement Manager in establishing the function, it is also a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience of the ITIL framework, in particular the processes of Change Management, Problem Management, IT Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management and Continual Service Improvement.

As IT Service Improvement Analyst at St John Ambulance, you will contribute towards ensuring continual service improvement across IT by performing a support role for the IT Governance team. You will assist in improvement activities across all ITIL processes providing critical reporting, updating internal and customer facing documentation and performing a technical role in developing the IT Service Management System.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have worked within an ITIL environment as part of a successful team, with experience of defining processes and procedures. You will also have experience of producing management information reports, and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
