An excellent opportunity to join us as Business Analyst in the Strategy and Digital Transformation team.   The successful candidate will carry out a key role and work with the business to understand their change needs and assess the impact of those business changes on process, people and systems. Capture, analyse and document data and business functional requirements; identify opportunities and make recommendations for process re-engineering; and support relevant communication with stakeholders. Understand the business requirements to establish data workflows for new reporting dashboards.

About you:

  • Demonstrable experience of performing successful business analysis across multiple major IT projects
  • Proven experience of delivering complex CRM solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • Experience of becoming embedded within multiple areas in an organisation to understand their drivers and requirements 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective relationships 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management

About the role:

  • Gain and maintain good knowledge and clear understanding of systems currently utilised by business areas, including a clear view of the full capabilities of these systems and how they are used
  • Determine key drivers and requirements of business areas as a basis for documenting the need for and impact of proposed changes
  • Determine requirements from the business units about KPIs and metrics for tracking, pulling together data from various sources and SMEs
  • Assist functional departments to create business change requests, business cases and option papers in support of business changes
