New and exciting opportunity for a Change Management Lead. Sitting within the Change Team, and reporting directly to the Change Director, this role is responsible for leading St John’s approach to change management and ensuring the smooth adoption of strategic, digital, policy and other forms of change by relevant groups of staff and volunteers. The Change Management Lead will be the lead practitioner in this area, developing and maintaining St John’s change management methodology and tools, as well as providing change support across the organisation’s diverse portfolio of programmes and projects.

About You:
- Knowledge of and experience of applying industry standard change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Lewin)
- Knowledge of and experience of applying different change techniques, tools and templates, e.g. case for change, stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, journey mapping
- Desire to understand the of - and represent the people at the centre of organisational change
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels with excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills
- Experience of managing stakeholders at different levels of an organisation
About The Role:
- Develop and maintain St John’s change methodology and supporting tools, working with other experts across the organisation
- Lead efforts to build change management capabilities across the organisation, e.g. by delivering informal training on relevant topics
- Provide change management support on programmes and projects by;
- Engaging with stakeholdrs, conducting research to identify the specific needs of different groups and developing change impact assesments
- Developing a range of different interventions to support people through each stage of the change process
