As Regional Medical Response Team (MRT) Regional Lead you will oversee the Medical Response Team within your region, ensuring high standards in selection, training and operational deployment.

To apply for this role, you must be  an existing member of SJA MRT.  Successful candidates will be individuals who demonstrate the ability to support MRT on an ongoing and project specific basis. Rather than taking responsibility for a specific region, this position will take the lead on supporting the volunteering experience of MRT volunteers nationally - acting as the lead for recruitment & retention, as well as wider administrative, wellbeing, and people development matters.
