Take part in Every Step Counts, an exciting month-long step
challenge where you can make your daily step count mean more than
just a number. People all over the country will be getting involved
and stepping up to support our volunteers, who on an event day can
take an average of 30,000 steps.
As part of the challenge, you can choose your daily target and
take part during whichever month suits you best. You can also join
up as a team with a joint target, so why not get your friends,
family, or colleagues involved too!
Choose a daily target that works for you:
- • 10,000 steps a day
- • 15,000 steps a day
- • 20,000 steps a day or more!
Track your steps and donations
For our exciting new virtual challenge, we’ve partnered up with
online fundraising platform, GivePenny. By
creating your own personal GivePenny fundraising page, you can
track your progress by connecting it to your fitness apps and
websites. This allows you to complete your chosen target when and
where it suits you. It’s also an easy and great way to keep your
sponsors up to date with all your hard work and
Your sponsors can choose to make one-off donations, pledge
donations against any milestones you set, or even donate on a 'per
step' basis (this last one really keeps you motivated!).
