Our modules open in a new window, so make sure you check your browser for the module and ensure you have allowed pop-ups from our system. You may also need to clear your cache.

There’s sometimes a delay in the system updating results, try logging off and logging back on again.

Your certificate will automatically generate once you have completed all the required modules for your course*. It will appear at the bottom of the course page; from here it can be downloaded and saved.

If your certificate is not generating, please make sure you have completed all the required modules/activities for the course. Once a section is completed a green “done” box will appear next to that module/activity.

*You will not receive a certificate through the E-Learning platform if you are taking a blended course, free module or pre-course learning module. 

Our E-Learning courses are not full qualifications that have an expiry date therefore, the certificates generated do not contain an expiry date. However, we can track the course completion and can identify our own certificates with unique codes.

To log out of our online training platform click the drop-down arrow that is situated next to your profile name in the top right-hand corner. Then click log out from the dropdown menu.

Yes this is possible. On the course page please make sure you select the correct link, one is for a learner to pay and enrol themselves, and the other is to pay on somebody else’s behalf/for more than one learner.
