Learn practical life-saving skills

Our vision is a world where everyone is first aid confident, ready and able to respond when needed. This is why we offer our free first aid awareness sessions for local groups, organisations, events, and schools - together, we can save lives in communities.

Our free, in-person sessions cover essential life-saving skills, empowering people to act confidently in an emergency. During the session, you’ll learn practical first aid techniques such as CPR and treating severe bleeding. Our qualified first aid experts will provide simple guidance on how to respond to a first aid situation and support someone until professional help arrives.
